DIOLCH YN FAWR!

Dim ond gair bach i ddweud DIOLCH YN FAWR I BAWB gefnogodd Gwyl y Cenhedloedd Bychain 2008. Er gwaetha'r ofnau ar ddechrau'r wythnos ynglyn a'r tywydd, cafwyd gwyl penigamp. Roeddwn dan yr argraff bod y mwyafrif ohonnoch wedi cael amser arbennig, ac mae'n braf gweld ein gwaith llafur yn rhoi gwen ar gwynebau cymaint o bobl o bob ran o'r DU. Mae'n braf gweld bod ein dewis o fandiau wedi taro tant, a'n bod ni yn gallu cyflwyno y fath amrywiaeth o dalent a hwyl i gynulleidfa sydd mor werthfawrogol.

Gŵyl Cenhedloedd Bychain 2008, 11-13 Gorffennaf, Cilycwm, Llanymddyfri

Ymlaen i 2009! Cofiwch os oedd na rhwybeth oeddech chi yn ei hoffi neu yn ei gasau , neu os oes gennych gair o gyngor ar sut i wella pethau, rhowch wybod inni drwy gysylltu a'r fforwm neu'r swyddfa.

Diolch am eich cefnogaeth.

THANK YOU!

Before the post festival blues gets to grip with us, can we just say a BIG THANK YOU to everybody who supported Small Nations 2008.

We had a bit of a wobbler at the start of last week due to the wet weather, but with some contingency planning we managed to put on a great show, thanks to you our faithful festival goers and all those who worked hard working behind the scenes not just over the weekend, but during the past year.

We had a fantastic line up this year and hope that you all had a good time. Please share your festival experience on our forum, or get in touch if you have any ideas or suggestions for making 2009 even better!

PS If you have photos you'd like to share on our website, please burn a CD and send it to the festival office.

Thanks once again.

Just a note to say a huge thank you for the warm welcome on Saturday night. Can you please pass on my gratitude to Dick and all members of the committee. I hope you are happy with the outcome after all your hard work, I thought that the atmosphere was very special.
Long live the festival!
Regards
Sian James and Gwyn Jones

They had a wonderful time, and couldn't say enough good things about the festival! I hope you were happy with the concert and with everything. Thanks so much for giving us this wonderful opportunity! We appreciate it very much

Thanks again, Dick and your festival truly deserves all the acclaim possible! N'faly sends his thanks too, as well as everyone in Dunyakan!

It was a wonderful audience too, we had a great time, and had lots of positive feedback from festival-goers. And the weather held up for us all, which you must have been heartily relieved at!! I did wonder whether you were in the crowds somewhere or were staying sane back in mission control somewhere! Do thank Tegwyn for letting us change and warm up in his living room - it was extremely useful and I'm very glad he enjoyed the warm-ups!
I loved some of the other acts too - N'Faly Kouyate, Carmen Souza and a wonderful duo singing Welsh and Breton music whose name I cannot remember - do tell me if you can! It was a delightful atmosphere generally too. I do hope it was a success for you, organisationally/financially.
Hope you have a restful rest of summer!
Best wishes
Clare Lyons (London Bulgarian Choir)

I really loved your festival, we had a fantastic time and it had a great atmosphere, brilliant time was had by all

The Bedouin Jerry Can Band from the Sinai Desert in Egypt proved a superb curtain raiser, getting the hafla atmosphere from the very first beat and everyone was on the floor dancing. This is a great live band and I think they have several dates around the UK so treat yourself if they are in your neck of the woods.

What a great festival! This was my first time and we had loads of fun. The music was excellent, even if it finished a little early and the weather could not have been better.
Thank you to all the organisers and of course to the landowners.
Looking forward to to next year!

Do ya know, the festie definitely was in the spirit of Owain Glydwr!!! We had such a good time we are going to come again next year!!!
Let us know what the plans are! Would you want anyone to work as a reflexologist, or to do massage??
Congratulations
Jane, Jo, Sine, Jake & Sammy

Many thanks for another fantastic festival. I came with a party of 7 and we all really enjoyed it.
Good work to combat the wet seemed very successful.

We are thankful to Tinopolis for their support with the second shuttle bus.
DJ Kiss Mitten would like you all to know that at the last minute she was unable to do her set on Saturday night before Sicknote, so the music you heard was NOT HER CHOICE!
